IMPORTANT

As you are aware we are synchronising all membership subscriptions so for renewals that fall due in any month in January 2010 please use the amounts in Subscriptions column A, B,C,D. this will allow you to pay up to the end of

December 2010, there after you will fall into yearly membership payable in January 2011.

Note you must use payment Box 2 below not the yearly membership box, otherwise your payment will go into year 2011 and you will forfeit

the monies paid for subscription after January 2011.

The following table is to help you calculate the membership subscription for 2009.

Please use;

Column A if you are paying by cheque or credit card.
Column B if you are paying by standing order. REMEMBER you have to fill in a Standing order form in and hand it into your bank, do not send it to us.
NOTE: the first payment amount should relate to the appropriate month for 2010 and subsequent payments should be for the full annual subscription of £24. A standing order form can be downloaded from this site.
Column C if you are paying by Paypal. NOTE: the amount is calculated automatically for you in box 2 if you are part paid into year 2010, otherwise use the top box for full yearly payment..

This is taking the full years membership up to the 31st January 2011.

This box is taking pro rata monthly payments only. This is to allow people that membership expires in 2010 to pay up to the end of December 31^ST 2010. As the month changes so will the amount payable.

If you use this box by mistake you will forfeit

the monies paid for subscription that goes past January 2011.

There after all payments will be made in January and Box 2 will be removed , you have been warned.
